Recruitment Guide

Philippine Overseas Labor Office Jurisdiction

The Philippine Overseas Labor Office verification is the procedure conducted by the Labor Attaché to ensure that all the employment rights, benefits and welfare of Filipino migrant workers at the worksite are duly protected.

By doing the verification, POLO ensures that the employment contracts of Overseas Filipino Workers are consistent with the prevailing employment laws, standards and practices in both the Philippines and the host country, and that the documentary requirements for overseas employment are complied with.

The prefecture where your main office is located will decide which POLO Office to submit your requirements.

TITPs are supervised by the Organization for Technical Intern Training (OTIT), which can conduct on-site inspections, request reports from organizations, and support and protect technical intern trainees.
